On the Day, people in USA invite a lot of friends and relatives for the food party.
Party time is not decided, but they usually start the party and eating foods on lunch, evening or at 4 pm. The main menu of the party is stuffing. It is cooked with bread cut like square and roast turkey. They put gravy sauce or cranberry sauce on the turkey and eat it. So people often call This Day Turkey Day. Anything else, Instead of turkey, they serve tofu for vegetarians. Side menu is usually mashed potato with gravy sauce and dishes called Yam. It is cooked with sweet potato and taste salty-sweet. Next, As a desert, they make apple pie and pumpkin pie.
All dish is similar to dish of Christmas Day.
Before, thought Thanking Day relations to religion, recently, this relation is ignored and This Day became only food custom day.
